Weekly Agenda for Toddlers (Playing Church)

30 Minutes of Fun and Learning- This is to prepare the child for Sabbath School. Each day a new agenda will appear. Use the Program Music for all of these songs. This will allow the children to practice these songs for Sabbath School. We have some exciting sensory activities for our upcoming Sabbath School for our Beginners!

Playing (Guided)

“Wake Up, Little Girl!” Freeze Game

Theme: Jesus brings life
Story Link: Jesus raises Jairus’ daughter from the dead.

Materials:

  • Music player

  • A soft mat or pillow

 How to Play:

  • Children walk or dance while the music plays.

  • When music stops, they lie down “sleeping.”

  • Leader says: “Little girl, get up!” and everyone jumps up with joy.

 Lesson: Jesus brings life, joy, and hope.

Reading (Practice sitting in chair)

Jesus Heals” Bandage Craft Game

Theme: Jesus cares for our hurts
Story Link: The woman believed she would be healed if she just touched Jesus.

Materials:

  • Stickers or paper “bandages”

  • Baby dolls or stuffed animals

How to Play:

  • Children place “bandages” on sick animals/dolls.

  • They say, “Jesus loves you and makes you well!”

Lesson: Jesus can help when we are hurting.

“Faith Walk” Obstacle Game

Theme: Faith and trust in Jesus
Story Link: The woman believed and was healed by faith.

Materials:

  • Soft obstacles (pillows, cones, chairs)

  • Picture of Jesus at the end of the path

How to Play:

  • Toddlers walk slowly through a safe obstacle path to get to “Jesus.”

  • Each time they reach Him, say, “Your faith helped you!”

Lesson: Even when life is tricky, Jesus is with us when we trust Him.
