“Jesus Stops the Storm”
One day, Jesus and His friends got into a big boat.
They were going to the other side of the water.
The sun was shining. The water was calm.
Jesus was tired, so He took a nap in the back of the boat.
Suddenly—WHOOSH!
The wind started blowing!
The waves got BIG!
The boat rocked back and forth!
The friends of Jesus were afraid.
They said, “Help! The boat is going to sink!”
But Jesus was still sleeping!
“Jesus! Wake up!” they shouted.
“Don’t You care if we drown?”
Jesus stood up.
He looked at the wind and the waves.
He said, “Peace! Be still!”
And just like that…
The wind stopped.
The waves went still.
The boat was safe again.
Jesus said,
“Why were you afraid? Don’t you trust Me?”
His friends looked at Him and said,
“Wow! Even the wind and the waves listen to Jesus!”
Lesson:
Jesus is so powerful, even storms obey Him.
When we feel scared, we can trust Jesus to help us.
