Toddlers take turns pretending to be “sick in bed.”
A helper (another child or teacher) “helps them up” by holding their hand and walking them to the end of the course.

Pair each child with a partner. One pretends to have a “hot” forehead, and the other gently "cools" them down with a cool cloth.
